Dan Hummel has put together one of the most thorough catching videos we have seen. As a player, Dan was a perennial Big East Conference All-Star for Seton Hall and led the Pirates in hitting in both his sophomore and junior year. After earning a B.Sc. in Sports Management in 1998, he signed with the St. Louis Cardinals. After his short pro career, Dan became a coach and an instructor for numerous collegiate, professional and international players, and he's now responsible for training the instructors at all Frozen Ropes Training Centers.
